Divya Kohli

In her role as Communications Officer, Divya creates content across BWBF’s digital channels, with a particular focus on developing case studies that highlight the impact of our work. She works closely with people living with sight loss to share their experiences, ensuring content is accessible, authentic and supports the charity’s wider campaigns and mission.

Divya holds an MA in English, from Cambridge University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism (sponsored by The Guardian Media Group). She moved across from journalism into charity sector communications driven by a passion to apply her skills in ways that could help improve the lives of others. She has since worked in communications teams for small and big charities in the UK. 

Beyond her communications experience, Divya is also a trained yoga and meditation teacher, and a published author. She loves walking, meditating, and writing, though in recent years she has developed a big love for the world of audio!
