Laura-Jane brings nearly two decades of specialist experience in charitable trusts and foundations fundraising.

Working closely with the Trusts team, Laura-Jane helps shape compelling funding applications that showcase BWBF’s impact and potential. She plays a key role in strengthening the charity’s relationships with funders and helping to grow income.

Over the past 20 years, Laura-Jane has worked across the charity sector in major gifts and trusts fundraising, supporting a diverse range of organisations. With a strong focus on strategic development and impact-led communications, she’s passionate about helping organisations connect with funders in a way that leads to meaningful support.

She holds a business degree and a Certificate in Fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. Her key skills include trust fundraising, income development, stakeholder engagement, communications and business planning.

What she most values about BWBF is the charity’s clarity of purpose and the dedication of the team. Outside of work, Laura-Jane loves the outdoors, being in nature, and spending time with her “perfectly opinionated menagerie of pet animals”.
