Service Delivery Volunteer (Based in Oban, Scotland)

British Wireless for the Blind Fund is a charity who provides audio solutions, services and support to enhance the lives of people living with sight loss. We provide free audio equipment to people living with sight loss across the UK.

Type of Opportunity

This opportunity is to assist with preparing equipment for distribution around the UK.

What is this role?

This role involves, packing, labelling, moving boxes and general help with the distribution of equipment across the UK.

Where is it based?

This position is based in Oban, Scotland.

How much time will I need to commit?

Flexible - It’s up to you but we’d ideally like you to commit to around 4-8 hours per week.

What kind of person are you looking for?

You will need to be fit, active, and able to lift and carry. A positive ‘can do’ approach, common sense and patience along with a sense of humour would be useful.
