BWBF Direct is the sister company to British Wireless for the Blind Fund (BWBF). The company used to sell specially adapted radios for people living with sight loss. All profits from BWBF Direct's sales were invested into the charity to help fund its services for people living with sight loss.

As of May 2024, BWBF Direct no longer sells radios to members of the public. All warranties for products bought through BWBF Direct will be honoured by the company.
