We control our own content which allows us to simplify the delivery to create the ultimate user experience. There are large numbers of obstacles and challenges for people living with sight loss accessing online services and support.

What we do
We know that access to audio can be life changing for someone living with sight loss. We give radios for free and for life to people living with sight loss in the greatest financial need. And our easy-to-use apps and skills unlock a world of audio content on the internet for people who might otherwise struggle to access it.
Why we do it
Sight loss shouldn't close the door to the experiences most people take for granted. But sadly, lots of the people we support tell us they still face loneliness and exclusion. Our radios and apps provide comfort and companionship, and keep people connected with their communities, their passions and the wider world.
Our impact
We might be a small team, but we are truly a national charity. Over the last year, we supported people living with sight loss, right across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We gave out 2,500 free radios and more than 2,100 people downloaded our apps. This means we now bring comfort and companionship to more than 30,000 homes across the UK.
Our future
We are a small charity with big ambitions. By working together with our supporters, partners and people living with sight loss, we are determined to do more to unlock a world of audio content. Exploring and establishing corporate support and partnerships is crucial to continued apps and skills innovation and development.
