Concerto 2 News
As we begin to emerge from the lockdown of the past 16 months, we have some very important news about the popular Concerto 2 model.
Our stock is now running very low, and while we are doing all we can behind the scenes to resolve the situation, it does mean that unfortunately from September 1st 2021 we will not be able to supply this model to both new recipients and existing recipients who require a replacement.
We can recommend the Opus model as an alternative to all potential recipients during this time and once we have some new stock, we can swap anyone who takes an Opus back to a Concerto 2 if they so wish.
Alternatively we are also building a waiting list for the next batch of the Concerto 2 so if people are happy to wait then do let us have their information and we will add them onto the list.
We are pleased that we can offer an alternative device as a temporary option for those who are in need of a CD player. Roberts Sound 48, whilst not specially adapted is an easy to use device, which we are happy to provide to those who would like to try it. The Sound 48 can be ordered and issued in the same way as our other sets.
We do realise that this is not an ideal situation to be in especially as we start on the road to recovery, but we are working hard to get back to our normal service. We really do appreciate your patience and understanding of the situation.
