To receive a free device via BWBF Connect, the recipient must meet the following criteria:

• Resident in the UK
• Living with sight loss
• Over the age of eight
• Receives Personal Independent (PIP) or Adult Disability Payment (ADP) in Scotland or receives a means-tested benefit (or parent/guardian if under 18).
